The aim of preventive legal services is to minimize the time, money and labor spent on them without waiting for the emergence of legal disputes and acting in order to minimize the conflicts. The basic mission of “preventive legal services” is to ensure that the legal structure of the companies is established in all units, to minimize the legal disputes faced by the judicial and administrative authorities, and to provide the highest level of preparation and infrastructure to serve the interests of the company in possible conflicts. Our office also provides corporate consultancy services in English language and has the knowledge and experience to provide local support and service especially for foreign investors and companies with foreign capital.
In this context, under the umbrella of preventive legal services, we provide the following services in Turkish and English by ensuring that companies continuously receive legal support and compliance with the law;
- Ensuring that all transactions and operations in the field of operation of the companies are carried out under legal supervision, the detection and correction of faulty practices and the compliance of the practices and company documents with the applicable legislation;
- Audit of compliance with the legislation in terms of corporate governance;
- Establishing a corporate law compliance policy to ensure that companies and their employees do not engage in unlawful works and actions, ensuring compliance with commercial legislation and compliance with sectoral regulations;
- Meeting oral and written legal consultancy requests from company employees and executives during daily commercial and corporate activities and management;
- Providing full legal supervision in the field of contracts by participating in the review, preparation and negotiation processes of all commercial contracts;
- Monitoring comercial disputes from the beginning and if possible resolving before litigation;
