• Cansu Balcı completed her secondary level education in Izmir Bornova Anadolu High School English Department. She then attended Yeditepe University Law Faculty with full success scholarship and graduated with honors. She also attended "European Corporate Law", "Dispute Resolutions" and " Comparative Legal Systems" certificate and training programs organized by Loyola University School of Law at the University of Vienna School of Law. Following her higher education, Cansu Balcı represented clients from various sectors and has provided consultancy services to those at several law firms in Istanbul, which offer services internationally. Following her position as a legal counsel in a corporate group, she has been continuing her career under the roof of BALCI HUKUK. Providing services to the clients from numerous sectors, Cansu Balcı has expertise in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, labor law, real estate law and sector experience especially in real estate, construction, energy, renewable energy, mining, infrastructure and manufacturing.

• Beril Akgün Kacar, completed her secondary level education in Izmir Bornova Anadolu High School German Department and graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law. She studied Legal English at Kings College in London. She took part in the Board of Directors of Dokuz Eylül Rotaract Club Association, JCI (Young Entrepreneurs Association) and BALEV (Bornova Anatolian High School Education Foundation). Beril Akgün Kacar has been serving clients in various sectors and has experience in the fields of family and inheritance law, real estate law, building supervision law, associations and foundations law, informatics and social media law.
